Booking & Confirmation
How Your Trip Gets ConfirmedA booking with North Ka Safar is initiated when you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email and express your intent to travel. No booking is confirmed until you receive a written confirmation message from North Ka Safar — either via WhatsApp or email — and an advance payment has been received.
- All bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the trip departure date. Last-minute bookings (under 24 hours) are subject to availability and may incur a surcharge.
- You must provide accurate information at the time of booking: full name(s), number of travellers, travel dates, preferred package type, and any special requirements or medical conditions.
- North Ka Safar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking that cannot be safely fulfilled due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or any other genuine operational reason.
- A booking confirmation from North Ka Safar constitutes a binding agreement between the guest and North Ka Safar under these Terms and Conditions.
- Group bookings (5 or more persons) require a detailed itinerary discussion with Wazir Ibrahim before confirmation. Special rates may apply.
Confirmation Process: Contact us → Receive itinerary & quote → Pay advance → Receive written confirmation → Trip is officially booked.
